Luanda, November 10, 2025 – According to an official report by the UAE news agency (WAM), the DIP Angola Economic Zone, developed by Dubai Investments, has signed a land sale agreement for two plots totaling 10,764,000 sq.ft. with UAE developer Reportage Group.
Project Value and Details
The total investment value of this project is approximately AED 1.8 billion (around $500 million USD). The project includes two large residential complexes, each covering over 5.3 million sq.ft.
Phase One:
- 2,050 luxury sea-view villas
- A 60-room boutique hotel
- 4,000 sq.m of commercial space
Phase Two:
- Located on higher elevations
- 2,500 townhouses with modern amenities
- 4,000 sq.m of commercial space
Project Timeline
Engineering works have already begun, with construction set to start in June 2026. The first phase is expected to be delivered by Fall 2029, with full project completion by the end of 2030.
